With any diagnosis, North Star strives to provide you and your pet with multiple options for treatment. Depending on the patient, one or more holistic therapies may be used in conjunction with traditional medicine to achieve a well-rounded treatment plan with the best possible outcome. North Star’s wholistic medicine includes physical therapy, Laser Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Herbal Supplementation. Licensed with the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA), Dr Krivit has been using a wholistic approach to medicine in conjunction with traditional medicine for over 7 years.

Rehabilitation is the management of patients with painful or functionally limiting conditions, particularly those with injury or illness to the neurological or musculoskeletal system. This management is obtained through the use of non-invasive treatments such as massage, laser therapy, physical therapy, and/or Chiropractic and acupuncture. The goal of rehabilitation is to achieve the highest level of function and quality of life possible for the patient and to restore full range of movement and strength.
