Dr. Regan Highsmith

Dr. Regan Highsmith is a Seattle native and a recent NC transplant! After graduating with a degree in Animal Sciences from Washington State University, she attended veterinary school at University of Missouri, graduating in May 2024. Dr. Highsmith loves all animals, but has a particular passion for cattle, horses, and other farm animals. Dr. Highsmith’s favorite aspect of veterinary medicine is client education and the human-animal bond. She has two pets of her own: a Great Pyrenees mix named Buttermilk Biscuit and a cat named Egg — they are her whole world! In her free time, Dr. Highsmith loves to hike, play video games, and do crossfit. A fun fact about Dr. Highsmith is that one day she would love to have a beach house where she can spend her days beach combing for sea glass and staring at the waves! She is so excited to provide care for your animals and looks forward to meeting you soon.
