Access and update your pet’s medical information, view and request refills, view and request appointments, and more – even when our office is closed!

Follow these steps to download your PetPage App:
- From your phone, please scan or follow these links to download the PetPage by AllyDVM mobile app from the Google Play or Apple Store.
- Open the app and click the “sign up” button on the home page. Enter the email address that is currently on file at North Star Veterinary Hospital, choose a password, and click the create account button.
- Once you receive a confirmation email, use the link in that email to verify your account. (Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.)
